Our clothes are a powerful tool that can make us feel better about ourselves. One way in which this works is by wearing different colors of clothes. 

    Normally when we are sad, we will wear dark colored clothes. Oppositely, when we are happy, we often choose to wear brightly colored clothes. 

    The reason for this is that our choice of color mirrors how we are feeling. 

    Those who don’t believe in the idea are often heard saying,“if only this truly worked”. Well in reply to those people, there has been a lot of research into what happens to someone’s feelings’when they are asked to wear just one color of clothes. It has been proven that if we wear particular colors of clothes these can change our feelings. 

    Suppose we are feeling sad, if we wear black we may begin to feel worse. However if we wear Green, Red or Yellow we may begin to feel better. 

    Each colour is said to have its own healing power.  
 
    So remember, if you are not feeling your best, you can always try out some different coloured clothes. If one colour has no effect on your feelings, maybe another will.

    不相信這一觀點(diǎn)的人都會(huì)說“要是真的就好了”。好吧，為了回答這些人的疑問，科學(xué)家做了許多實(shí)驗(yàn)，測試當(dāng)人們只能穿一種顏色的衣服時(shí)情緒會(huì)有什么變化。事實(shí)證明穿特定顏色的衣服,會(huì)影響我們的情緒。 

    假設(shè)我們情緒低落，如果再穿黑色的衣服那心情就會(huì)更遭，如果穿綠色、紅色或是黃色的衣服則會(huì)感覺好點(diǎn)。 

    每一種顏色都有它的治療作用。 

    如果我們穿的是紅色的衣服，我們會(huì)覺得自己更有活力；穿黃色衣服，會(huì)覺得自己更聰明；穿藍(lán)色衣服，會(huì)覺得自己更有想法；穿橙色衣服，會(huì)覺得自己更快樂；穿綠色衣服，會(huì)覺得自己更平和；穿白色的衣服，會(huì)覺得自己更樂于助人；穿褐色衣服，會(huì)覺得自己學(xué)習(xí)更好；穿粉色衣服，會(huì)覺得自己更浪漫；穿紫色衣服，會(huì)覺得自己更易墜入愛河；穿黑色的衣服，會(huì)覺得自己更安全。 

    所以記住，如果你的情緒沒有達(dá)到最高點(diǎn)，你始終可以嘗試穿一些不同顏色的衣服。即使某個(gè)顏色無法改變你的情緒，另一個(gè)也會(huì)的。
