今天看到了一個短語“steel yourself”，可不要以為是煉鋼的意思哦！

人家的意思是下決心做某事，就比如說跳傘：

She steeled herself to jump out of the plane.
她心一橫，跳出了飛機。

1. be yourself 行為自然；不做作

shut sth off主要有這兩個意思：

①關閉（或切斷）…的供應；停止供應

12. speak for yourself 那是你自己的看法，我不是那樣想的

這個短語通常用于表示不同意某人的觀點。

要注意，speak up for sb/sth的意思是“支持；為…辯護”，記得加上up哦！
