英文公證書(shū)的格式比較規(guī)范，一般來(lái)說(shuō)，公證地名寫(xiě)在左上方，須全用大寫(xiě)字母，ss.（或SS.)寫(xiě)在地名中間。這個(gè)縮略語(yǔ)的意義不詳，有人認(rèn)為它代表拉丁字cilicet，表示to wit或namely（“即”），也有人認(rèn)為它有其他來(lái)源及含義。公證書(shū)正文應(yīng)和地名相隔三行。
